Wall Street HR Systems & Services is a specialised business to provide outsourced HR services and recruitment to many businesses across Australia. Their existing branding was getting a bit tired, and a refresh was designed to reposition the business as the premium provider that they really are.
Having grown the people teams of big businesses including Dodo, Melbourne United Basketball team, Dreamstreet Lending, amongst others, it was important for Wall Street to sit shoulder to shoulder with these blue chip clients.
A brand refresh began with a strategic process to determine the market unique proposition, to create value statements that deliver on that and to create design based assets that fit in the world class position. Trademarked PeopleEconomicsTM was born.
Suits&Sneakers’ designer also set up a Canva template system to allow the Wall Street team to make their own ongoing assets at a lower cost.
From product model to comms
A strategic workshop with the Wall Street team to elicit their unique value proposition made it evident that there was some untapped intellectual property that could be commercialised. A dedicated marketing consultant developed the PeopleEconomicsTM framework and a designer brought the model to life through infographics and an interactive graphic on the website. The original brand logo concept of a scripted ‘WS’ was retained, but freshened with contemporary type and a vibrant green that will keep the brand fresh for some time to come. Most assets through the business were refreshed including stationery, sales decks and digital channels. Ongoing needs such as job templates and team on-boarding documentation were set up for Wall Street to manage without expensive graphic designers ongoing.
