PROGRAM OVERVIEW – Don’t create a digital product without this course behind you.  

In this guided hands-on program, award winning marketer and business coach Anne Miles will step you through the process of developing the strategic foundations to productise your services and skills into the right product model for you. This course sets the ground work to move you from in-person services to a hybrid model that will help you survive the new work from home and office life upon us now and here to stay. You will be armed to make sound decisions on your go-to-market strategy, create a product ascension model, determine the best products that your market needs, make informed technology decisions, protect your brand and effectively sell. This course will be delivered over a 2 day intensive online as a video call with plenty of opportunity for hands on strategic planning and monthly accountability and question sessions for an additional 4 months to help you get your product live. Don’t fumble on your own with video courses and tricky technical tasks. You will be supported with Q&A throughout and resources for a lifetime.

DAY 1 & 2:

Determine the market opportunity, test for market viability and build solutions that will keep you engaged for the long run. 

> Audience Profiling

Understand market segmentation for maximum reach and to ensure you are not simply falling into outdated habits and reinforcing negative stereotypes.

> Process Elicitation

Extract your intellectual property into a tangible process that is repeatable and able to be commercialised. 

> Market Positioning

Discover the 4 P’s of marketing for effective market release including product, price, place and promotion. Wrap that up with the right personality, language and value proposition. 

> Content Themes

Determine your key content themes that will help create content that clearly delivers on your brand promise and helps your market know what they’ll get from you. 

> Brand Protection

Understand the options available to you to protect your intellectual property and know what you need and when. Determine the branding that is essential to establish a recognisable business identity. Understand the costs to budget for. 

 

DAY 3 & 4: 

> Ascension Modelling

Develop a product model that allows your customers to move from a toe in the water to a full experience of your business services and maximise your revenue potential.

> Market Release

Develop a sound strategy to get your product/s to market including a framework for pre-launch, launch and post launch on a repeatable cycle to maximise impact and minimise costs. Begin with a test market strategy to prove market viability. 

> Scale

Review technologies to help you expand your growth, automate to save time and do more with less. Both product technologies and marketing technologies. Embed a repeatable sales process for scale.

> Refresh & Re-invent

A framework to test effectiveness and improve performance of the product, sales and marketing.

Description

Anne Miles is a unique multi-talented marketing and creative professional. Anne has worked on so many top performing campaigns she’s lost count and recently a 2019 and 2020 finalist in the Australian Marketing Institute’s Certified Practising Marketer of the Year,  2021 finalist in the 2021 B&T Women in Media Champion of Change and Social Change Agent of the Year and B&T Best of the Best 2021 finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year and Social Change Agent. 

Anne’s experience begins as Head of TV in many large multi-national advertising agencies such as giants McCann-Erickson, J.Walter Thompson, Young & Rubican and Grey Worldwide. Anne was a foundation owner of Exit Films Australia, senior producer at Fuel VFX as well as holding freelance roles in many fields of production including motion, digital and graphic design; and animation. Anne has also spent time in research, brand strategy, as a marketing manager in large brands.and has spent the last 10 years as a marketing consultant with a speciality in consumer behaviour and neuro-linguistics.

Anne has coached many on developing digital products and training programs and continually sees many in the industry being sold the wrong solutions and without sound strategy in place and decided to do something to help.
